We want you to be fully satisfied with your HYPERIQ™ experience. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and replacements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.

  • Email us at info@hyper-iq.com with clear photos of the issue and a brief explanation.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement (shipped within 3 business days) or a full refund—whichever you prefer.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived and appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • Only unopened, unused items shipped within the US are eligible for return.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Upon approval, we’ll provide return instructions. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Unclaimed or undeliverable shipments

  • Orders rejected by customs

  • Orders already processed and prepared for shipping, but not yet shipped

  • International orders (outside the US) cannot be returned

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank or credit card account first.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
